Business Partners
S.Y.N.C. is a service-based business where our youth learn how to develop and/or improve their personal brand, perfect their employability skills, represent themselves as business professionals, and organically learn lessons that will help them now and in the future. Once they have been trained, we then connect SYP's (S.Y.N.C. Young Professionals) with adult professionals, preferably those who look like them, in an effort to help them acquire and sustain evidence-based skills that are necessary for them to not only get the job, but to keep the job, and then to become respected as trustworthy young professionals who stand out from the rest.
Therefore, S.Y.N.C. is pleased to have partnerships with business professionals and outstanding business leaders like you in the metro Detroit area who are all about encouraging, equipping, and exposing young professionals to their specific industries. Our partners provide young professionals with a variety of opportunities, including high quality and engaging professional development, focused-skills community service hours, job shadowing, short-term internships, scholarships, and much more*.
