 The S.Y.N.C. mission is to build a community of business professionals who prepare inner city black youth with the goal of redefining and redesigning  what business education. How do we do that?

We Encourage.

We encourage youth who have an acumen for business, to build up healthy self-esteem so that they can  visualize themselves moving from one successful feat to the next, which will ultimately lead to them encouraging others.

We Equip.

We equip youth to professionally deal with the various challenges that may occur in business settings which often aids them in handling life situations better.

We Expose.

We expose youth to the wisdom of business owners and business leaders who will provide them with experiences that will open their eyes and minds to worlds both within & outside of themselves & spaces they may have not otherwise known.
S.Y.N.C. is determined to provide inner city black youth with a high quality and engaging experience in business education, focusing on financial literacy, employment skills, and entrepreneurial and leadership mindsets. We connect "SYNC" young professionals with adult professionals who are passionate about encouraging, equipping, and exposing young professionals to their world. By doing so, together we help young people acquire and sustain evidence-based skills that are necessary for them to not only get the job, but to keep the job, and then to become respected as trustworthy young professionals who stand out from the rest.

The S.Y.N.C. vision is that young people of color from inner-cities will emerge as professional intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs who  collaborate, think constructively,  produce consistently, behave ethically, and who value business relationships that will benefit the communities in which they live and work.
