We equip youth by means of science-backed confidence building tools and experiential education which prepares them to deal with the various challenges that occur in business settings, and in life, in the most professional manner.
We expose youth to the world and wisdom of entrepreneurs/business leaders who will provide them with experiences that will point them in a positive direction, away from thoughts and behaviors that are counterproductive to their values.
* Missing Middle ~ These are students who perform at an average or just-above-average level in school, neither excelling consistently nor struggling significantly. This community was created for those students who know that one of the reasons behind their mediocre performance is primarily because the have not found the world of education exciting enough to ignite a fire up under them that will drive them to find and then pursue their passions with purpose and enthusiasm. This community was designed with that young person in mind.

​S.Y.N.C. LLC is on a mission to build a community of business professionals who are passionate about providing exposure, as well as educational and professional services to youth who look like them.
We seek youth who desire to diligently work to brand (or re-brand) themselves as business-minded young professionals.
How do we do that?
We provide guidance in the areas of self-, money-, and relationship-management, which stimulates a growth, leadership, and entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial mindset.
What is the goal?
To create programs that facilitate healthy, wealth, and wise mindsets.

The SYNC vision is that youth from inner-cities will emerge as business professionals who communicate & collaborate effectively, think constructively,  focus on their physical and mental health, and who value business relationships that will benefit the communities in which they live and work.

​SYNC YPD support business professionals who have a desire to make an IMPACT in the life of our youth. It is always a joy for our organization when business professionals approach us, asking how they can become a part of our community in order to help empower our young professionals. However, we have found that just having the desire is often not enough. Our young professionals in-training are often still working on re-branding themselves. Therefore, we spend work with our business partners, in their areas of expertise, in order to assist them in making meaningful, real-world connections through engaging and interactive experiences and/or presentations. We offer training in:
  • Collaborative Presentation Creations (based on your area of expertise and the skills needed in your industry)
  • Storytelling sessions where you share your story and shine a light on obstacles you have had to overcome
  • Workplace walk-throughs that expose our young professionals to your work environment and work expectations
  • Design Thinking Problem Solving Opportunities (Stanford Style)
